Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with Zawiya. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund and how to request one. All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
1. Subscription Plans
14-day money-back guarantee. If you subscribe to a paid plan (Pro, Studio, or Studio+) and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked.
After 14 days. Subscription payments beyond the initial 14-day window are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.
Annual plans. If you purchase an annual subscription, you may request a pro-rated refund for the unused months within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
2. Storage Add-ons
Storage add-on purchases (+500 GB, +1 TB) are one-time payments valid for 30 days. These are non-refundable once storage has been provisioned and add-on storage has been made available to your account. If you purchased an add-on in error and have not uploaded any data using the additional storage, contact us within 48 hours and we will review your case.
3. Gallery Marketplace Upgrades
One-time marketplace purchases made by Clients (watermark removal, original quality downloads, ZIP downloads, RAW file access, gallery extensions) are non-refundable once the purchased access has been granted. If a purchased upgrade was not delivered due to a technical error on our side, we will issue a full refund.
4. Featured Listing (Sponsorships)
Sponsored featured listing purchases are non-refundable once your listing has been activated and displayed on the /photographers directory. If your listing was not activated due to a technical issue, contact us and we will resolve it or issue a full refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at billing@zawiya.app with:
- Your account email address.
- The date and amount of the payment.
- A brief reason for the request.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method and bank.
6. Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are always happy to resolve billing issues directly and quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
